From the moment we arrived at Grotta Carlotta Bed & Breakfast in the early hours of the morning, I was amazed by the owner's exceptional hospitality, waiting patiently to greet us despite our delayed flight. As I stepped into the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find an array of amenities, from a fully stocked minibar to a comprehensive dental kit, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. the attention to detail extended to the room's heating and air conditioning, which provided the perfect ambiance for relaxation after a long journey. the presence of a cozy sitting area allowed me to unwind with a cup of freshly brewed coffee from the electric kettle, while enjoying the view from the charming terrace overlooking the vibrant neighborhood. It's rare to find a place that combines such impeccable service with thoughtful amenities and a prime location, making Grotta Carlotta a truly exceptional gem in the heart of the city.
